When do you ship orders?  To make sure you order gets to you as fresh as possible, we ship all online orders between Monday & Wednesday, we only use express post.

Do you have a shopfront? No, we don't. Lujo Home operates as a home-based business, situated in Woodcroft. Due to this, we adhere to specific regulations regarding order pickups. We kindly ask for advance orders as we prepare everything fresh for your utmost satisfaction.

Are you a council registered business? Yes, we are. However, being a registered business from a home address comes with additional responsibilities, including the need for extra precautions for order pickups.

What are the options for pickup? Pickup is available from our residence in Woodcroft. To maintain harmony with our community, we request that you park on the road outside our house and walk down the driveway for collection. This approach ensures compliance with council regulations and keeps our neighbors content. Plus, it allows us to provide you with the finest small-batch baking.

How long will my order take to be ready? We take pride in preparing everything fresh for you. Please allow us 2-3 business days to handcraft your order, depending on its size and complexity.

Can you cater for larger quantities? Absolutely! We're more than happy to accommodate larger orders. However, it's best to connect with us first so we can work together to devise a plan that suits both your needs and ours. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

How will I know my order is ready? We will send you a text as soon as it is ready and we can then arrange a time that is suitable for both for pickup.

Allergen Information.  While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a allergen-free environment. Therefore, we advise individuals with allergies to refrain from consuming our products. Please be aware that our kitchen facility handles nuts, soy, eggs, and other allergens. Your safety is our utmost concern.
